Drawn by Company Sergeant Major John Reilley, RE, 11 April 1892. Inset: Site plan; extract of engraved Ordnance Survey six-inch map, with coloured MS additions and compass indicator. Signed by Captain H L Stafford, RE, D O H [?District Officer Harbour], 15 June 1892 and Colonel Commanding RE, 12 November 1894.
