Copy of a plan (signed) Lieutenant Colonel J R Wright, Commanding RE Upper Canada, RE Office Kingston, 20 February 1833; and Captain R H Bonnycastle, RE, RE Office York, 21 February 1833. Copy plan signed Colonel G Nicolls, Commanding RE Canada, Quebec, 15 March 1833.
