(8) 'Sketch shewing the pipes supplying the Citadel of Corfu, with water from the Benizza Aqueduct': plan. Scale: 5 inches to 220 yards [1:1,584]. Signed by H F Keane, Lt RE, 7 May 1845. (9) 'Sketch shewing the Pipes supplying water to Fort Neuf from the Benizza Aqueduct'. Scale: 8.2 inches to 350 feet [1:512]. Signed by George Ross, Lt RE, April 1845. Both originally enclosed in letter of 9 May 1845 from R Thomson, Lt Col CRE. Dimensions of sheets: (8) 46 cm x 54 cm; (9) 44 cm x 54 cm.
