'Plan of Ground proposed to be occupied by the Termination of the Erie and Ontario Railway through the Government Reserve at Queenston': also shows terrain, adjacent properties (owners named); military buildings, wharfs. Scale: 4.5 inches to 900 feet. Compass indicator. (Signed) Francis Hall, Civil Engineer, 26 October 1837. Copied by A H Freeling, Lt RE, 4 February 1842. Signed by Vincent Biscoe, Capt RE, 5 February 1842. Originally enclosed in Lt Colonel Ward's letter of 17 February 1842 to the Inspector General of Fortifications.
