Scale: sketch plan 1 inch to 200 feet; inset plan and sections 5.25 inches to 21 feet. Originally drawn to accompany the Commanding Royal Engineer's letter of 28 April 1848. Signed by C R Binney Lt.RE, Royal Engineers Office, St John's, 2 May 1848.
