Cape Colony: Cape Town (now in Western Cape province, South Africa). 'Plan of Cape Town, Cape of Good Hope shewing the relative situation of the Ordnance Buildings With reference to a proposition of the Respective Officers, Cape Town, for changing the appropriation of the several Buildings as submitted by them to the Master General and Board, under date 28 th October 1833, & Lieut t Colonel Thompson's alteration to that proposition'. Tables setting out existing appropriation and proposed conversion of individual building; and arrangements proposed by Thompson. Scale: 11 inches to 1,000 yards. Compass indicator. Relates to. Signed by G G Lewis, Lt Colonel RE, to accompany letter to the Respective Officers, Cape Town, 5 July 1836.
