Signed: Lieutenant Colonel Francis Ringler Thomson, Commanding Royal Engineers, 3 May 1853. (14) 'Plan of the Old Arsenal, Floriana': showing ground transferred to the Ordnance by the Civil Government, 6 Dec 1852. Scale: 1 inch to 20 feet [1:240]. Pencilled amendments. (15) 'Plan of the Old Arsenal... (Shewing 2 small houses... which... could be made capable of accommodation 4 Officers)'. Scale: 1 inch to 20 feet [1:240].
