Gibraltar. (6) 'Plan and Section of a Stable proposed to be erected in the Yard adjoining the Field Offrs Quarters in Southport Street'; on tracing paper. Scale: 1 inch to 10 feet [1:120]. Compass indicator. Inset: 'Plan of F O Qrs and Adjutants Qrs in Southport Street': showing the site of the stable; scale: 1 inch to 500 feet [1:6,000]. Pencilled amendments. (7) 'Cast Iron Mangers with Stone Corbels for New Barrack Stables, at places where Stone Corbels can be obtained at a less expense than the iron Standards ...': sheet of sections and elevations. Scale: 1:4. Dimensions: (6) 37 cm x 14 cm; (7) 46 cm x 57 cm. Item 7 produced to accompany a circular dated 9 March 1841; this circular has not been preserved in WO 46/168. Both items originally illustrating a report and estimate by Colonel George J Harding, Commanding Royal Engineers, 9 March 1844.
