Reduced copy of a sketch map of Hyogo harbour and the town of Kobe, showing the proposed harbour limits, proposed quarantine ground, and tidal currents; also showing roads, rivers, a railway, a hospital and warehouses. Compass indicator, with cardinal points. Originally enclosure number 2 to Foreign Office despatch number 4 from James Troup, British Consul, Hyogo and Osaka, 15 January 1885.
