(37) 'Sketch of ground near the town of Kaleh Sultanie or Dardanelle [now Canakkale]': showing rivers, contour lines, fortifications. Scale (to both items): 2 inches to 1 mile. Compass indicators. Lithographed at the Intelligence Branch, Quartermaster General's Department, April 1877. Inset to item 36: view of Kumkale Castle from the north-east. Signed: (36) Lieutenant W A H Hare, Royal Engineers; (37) Captain T H Anstey, Royal Engineers. Dimensions: (36) 32 cm x 49 cm; (37) 32 cm x 35 cm.
