'Le Partage Politique du Centre de L'Afrique D'Apres Les Derniers Conventions': map marking the area of the Congo [Free] State (territory now chiefly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo) and an area ceded to its control; also showing British and French spheres of influence, towns, lakes, rivers, seas, countries, deserts, etc. [By] Jean Malvaurt; lithographed by J L Goffort, Brussels; produced as a supplement to 'Le Movement Geographique', Brussels, 26 March 1899. Originally enclosed with a letter to the Foreign Office from the Intelligence Division, War Office, 28 March, 1899.
