Description

North-east Africa. Plan showing the boundaries between Sudan and Abyssinia (now Ethiopia), as proposed by Italian and Anglo-Egyptian representatives, and as agreed as part of the Protocol of 15 April 1891; also showing towns and mountains. Reference table. Signed: F Gore Anley (Britain), Captain Miami, (Italy) and [Pasha] Suakin (Egypt), 7 November 1891. Originally enclosed with correspondence concerning boundary alterations between French, British and Italian spheres of influence in Africa.
