North-east Africa. 'Inclosure in Mr. Robert's despatch No. 114 of 3rd Sept. 1895 in connection with the delimitation of the Italian Egyptian Frontier': relief map (of territory now in Eritrea and Sudan), showing towns and rivers. Reference table; reference notes on local tribes. Based on a [rough] map by W F Walter, Bimborshi-Egyptian Army; lithographed at the Intelligence Division War Office, October, 1895. MS additions, coloured showing a proposed boundary; MS amendments to reference table, with dates. Originally enclosed in a letter from the Intelligence Division, 18 Queen Anne's Gate, SW, 14 February 1899.
