'Sketch map showing Turco-Persian Frontier as occupied by Persia west and south of Hawizeh [Hawizah]': covering the area (now in Iran and Iraq) between the Persian Gulf and Suwayb, showing the frontier as locally observed; also showing rivers, marshland, areas of cultivation and habitation. Compiled from existing maps and from a plane-table survey, April 1912, by surveyor S Firoz Bakht, under the supervision of Percy Cox, [British] resident, Persian Gulf; printed for the War Office, July 1912. MS additions, coloured, showing 3 proposed alternative frontiers. On sheet 82 cm x 59 cm. Originally relating to a memorandum sent to Hakki Pasha, 15 April 1913.
