Scale: 1:500,000. Compass indicator. (3) Longitudinal profile of the route shown in item 2. Horizontal scale: 1:500,000; vertical scale: 1:5,000. (4) 'Estoco chorographico de Malange ao valle do Lui': plan of the area between Malanje and Guangua, showing railway lines laid and proposed to be laid. Reference table. Scale: 1:350,000. Compass indicator; north-west at the top. (5-7) 3 sheets of plans and sections of bridges on the Malanje Railway. Scale: 1 plan at 1:100; the remainder at 1:200. (8) Sheet of plans and sections of track components. (9-10) 2 sheets of plans and sections of station buildings for the Malanje Railway. Scale: 1:200. (11) 'Caminho de Ferro de Loanda [i.e. Luanda] a Ambaca': sheet of plans and sections of viaducts, rails and rolling stock. Sheet sizes between 46.5 cm x 61.5 cm and 20 cm x 34 cm. Originally enclosed in Consul H G Mackie's [despatch] number 14 Africa, 28 August 1909.
