Scale not constant because of projection. Printed by George Philip and Son, Ltd. Inset: 'Railway "Key" position of Alexandretta'; scale: 1.25 inches to 60 miles [1:3,041,280]. Produced as an appendix to: 'A Commercial Consideration of Mesopotamia', by T Herbert Evans (a South Wales ship-owner), which was enclosed in a letter from W Ormsby-Gore, War Cabinet, 9 October 1918.
