Belgium and France. Map of the coast from Le Tréport to Ostend, and inland to Anzin and Ribécourt: showing rivers, place names and roads. Sectors on the German side of the front designated by Roman numerals and sectors on the allied side designated by letters of the alphabet, to facilitate the reporting and location of hostile aircraft, are also shown. Overprints show (i) railways, telegraph and telephone lines, compass stations and Army Wing headquarters and (ii) sector 'W', some 27 miles south-west of Amiens. Reference table. Produced at the War Office, July 1915. Overprinted to illustrate (i) OB 1846 'Wireless intelligence of hostile aircraft' 2 November 1916 and (ii) OB 1846 17 December 1916.
