Three copies of 'Plan for laying out the ground of the late Royal Stables at Windsor as sites to be granted on building leases'. Shows area west of Sheet Street, showing houses divided into lots. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 20 feet. Compass indicator. Lithographed by Standidge and Co. (1) Annotated to say that it was originally enclosed with a report of January 1847 from James Pennethorne. (2) and (3) Coloured to differentiate the lots. Correspondence in CRES 2/78 suggests that the architects were James Pennethorne and Thomas Chawner.
