'A plan of Mrs. Lucas lands at Old Windsor in the county of Berks': the plan distinguishes between freehold and leasehold land. Also shows land of the Dean and Chapter of Windsor; Hanfield and Burfield in Old Windsor, the River Thames; plot boundaries, acreage, land ownership; buildings, and roads. Reference table. Scale: 1 inch to 4 chains. Inset map shows lands adjacent to Old Windsor Common. Surveyed by Thomas Richardson in 1785, and forwarded to him for amendment and completion on 14 October 1791. According to related correspondence in CRES 2/51, the coloured wash shows crown land.
