Plaintiffs: George Burrard.

Defendants: Leonard William Hartley.

Amended by an order dated 27 Jun 1805: William Wilkinson, Sir George Clayton, Thomas Robinson and Robert Kaye added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 28 Feb 1807: George Spence and [unknown] Harrison added as defendants: William Wilkinson, Sir George Clayton and Robert Kaye removed as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 10 Aug 1810: John Sanderson added as a defendant: Leonard William Hartley, George Spence and [unknown] Harrison removed as defendants.
