Bowsher v Perry. Depositions.

Plaintiffs: Richard Bowsher.

Defendants: John Perry, Sir John Edensor Heathcote, John Palmer senior, John Palmer junior, John Jelly and wife, Harriet Jelly junior, Selina Jelly, Fanny Jelly, John Jelly junior, Edward Jelly, Lucy Jelly, Benjamin Richardson, William Evans, Philip Jones, William Chivers and wife and Sarah Jelly widow.

Amended by an order dated 29 Jun 1805: Robert Lidiard and John Fisher otherwise Henry Fisher added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 20 Jan 1812: Emma Jelly, Thomas Jelly, Adeline Jelly, Sarah Jelly, Frederick Jelly and Harry Jelly added as defendants.

Revived Michaelmas 1811.
