Short title: Agar v Holdsworth.

Document type: Commission of Partition.

Plaintiffs: William Agar.

Defendants: Robert Fairfax, Roger Holdsworth, John Wyrill, Matthew Todd, William Whitaker.

Amended by an order dated 24 July 1804: William Parkins, Mary March, John Kilby, Elizabeth Jackson, Wyrill Jackson, Robert Rennison, and Robert Wright added as defendants.

Revived Michaelmas 1804, Supplementary bill Trinity 1806 and Easter 1811.

One answer not identified, probably the extra answer with W1804 A22 ans W1806 A22.
