Barber v Fowler. Bill and answer.

Plaintiffs: William Barber and others.

Defendants: John Hett Noble, Henry Hunt, Joseph Smith Wells amended to Jonah Smith Wells, Samuel Gurney, William Fry, William Clarence, Jesse James, Daniel Fowler, Alfred Austie, John Fowler and George White.

Amended by order dated 12 July 1815: John Hett Noble, Henry Hunt, Daniel Fowler, Alfred Austie, John Fowler and George White removed as defendants.

Subject: defendants' trade as Fowler, White and Fowler and Company, tea brokers, also trading as Fowler and Austie.
