Plaintiffs: John Carpenter and wife and others.
Defendants: Andrew James Gardner, John Gardner, William Gardner, Samuel Gardner and William Gardner junior.
Amended by order dated 04 Aug 1814: John Gardner junior added as a defendant and Andrew James Gardner removed as a defendant.
Revived Trinity 1818 and Revived Trinity 1825.
