Defendants: Mary Cope, John Cope, Samuel Wilkinson, John Sutton Wilkinson, John Timmis, Dinah Cope (abroad), William Knaggs and wife, Samuel Pyram and wife, Mary Cope (junior), Richard Rickinson and wife, John Swaddell, Thomas Watson and wife and William Barnes and wife.

Amended by an order dated 06 Jun 1831: William Wilson and wife, Susan Wilson, William Wilson (junior), Nancy Wilson (junior), John Wilson and James Wilson added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 13 Jun 1832: Dinah Cope and John Wilson removed as defendants.
