Defendants: John Cass, Edward Chuck and wife, William Cass, George Cass and wife, Sarah Read, Elizabeth Read, James Taylor and wife, William Read and Jane Read.
Amended by an order dated 26 May 1834: Mary Read added as a defendant (falsely called the wife of James Taylor). James Taylor and wife removed as defendants.
Supplementary Bill Trinity 1841, Revived Trinity 1842 plaintiff's name Smith and Order to revive at C14/803 or 1848 C78.
