Defendants: William Bennett Garlick and Thomas Brown.

Amended by an order dated 28 July 1831: Edward Coke, William Ward Fowler, John Coke Fowler, Richard Fowler, Henry Fowler, Sarah Fowler, Elizabeth Fowler, John Wilson and wife, Richard Brown, Samuel Richardson Radford, George Wharton Marriott and John Buckston added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 14 February 1833: George Wilson, William Wilson and Eliza Wilson added as defendants
