Plaintiffs: Frances Beecroft.

Defendants: John Green Ames, William Green, Davey Hawkesford, John Hawkerford, Mary Ann Hawkesford and Benjamin Bickley.

Amended by an order dated 07 Nov 1829: John Turner otherwise John Scarlett Turner and wife added as defendants. Mary Ann Hawkesford removed as a defendant.

Amended by an order dated 01 Nov 1830: James Davies and wife, Thomas Perry, Charles Turner, John Foster, Sir John Wrottesley and Francis Holyoak. John Scarlett Turner and wife removed as defendants.
