Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Brydges and another.

Defendants: Kenneth Alexander (Howard) Baron Howard of Effingham, Archibald John (Primrose) Earl of Rosebery, William Hervey, Robert Brown, Archibald (Primrose) Lord Dalmeny, John Jones, Henry John Shepherd and Henry Pearson.

Amended by an order dated 29 Jul 1831: Edward Alderson added as a defendant.

Original Bill Easter 1823 plaintiff's name Brown.
