Dunn v Dunn. Two bills and four answers.

Plaintiffs: John Dunn (senior) and others.

Defendants: James Dunn and John Gillard.

This case came into Chancery in 1842 following the closure of the Court of Exchequer. The bill and answers are dated 1834.

Revived and Supplementary bill Michaelmas 1843.
