Defendants: Thomas Prosser Price, William Back, Martha Rogers Seward, Joseph Henry Seward, Samuel Price, Edward Collins (senior)and wife, Frances Price, Richard Phillips and wife and Samuel Timson.
Amended by an order dated 24 Apr 1828: Edward Collins (junior) added as a defendant.
