Plaintiffs: Maria Baker.

Defendants: Charles Harwood, Edward Dyne, John Barnard, Sarah Baker, Mary Kellavay Dale and James Charles Dale.

Amended by an order dated 27 Jan 1842: Gervase Augustus Fenwick added as a defendant.

Amended by an order dated 26 Feb 1842: Nathaniel Clark and wife, Robert Cross, Thomas Vane, Richard Hutchence, Thomas Grover, Thomas Joseph Severne, Matthew Rosamond (abroad) and Thomas Rosamond (abroad) added as defendants.
