Plaintiffs: Robert Brown and others.

Defendants: Edward Howard, James Gibbs, Benjamin Shaw, John Anthony Hermon and M[unknown] Chappell.

Amended by an order dated 30 May 1824: George Walpole and Clement Anthony Peirce added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 27 Jul 1825: Henry Pearson and Richard Brydges added as defendants.
