Plaintiffs: Samuel Hunton Townsend Bishop and others.

Defendants: Francis Rufford, Thomas Biggs, William Hornblower and wife (Ann Hornblower), John Sutcliffe and wife, Francis Hornblower, John Gill and wife, Thomas Hill (senior), Thomas Hill (junior), Thomas Bate, William Robins, Abel Josiah Smith and Philip Rufford.

Amended by an order dated 08 Jun 1826: Thomas Warren and wife added as defendants.
