Gallimore v Riley. Two bills, two answers.

Plaintiffs: John Gallimore and others.

Defendants: Richard Riley, Thomas Gallimore, James Preston and Sarah Gallimore.

Amended by an order dated 09 Dec 1823: John Gallimore (junior), Margaret Gallimore, Elizabeth Stott, George Allcock otherwise George Alcock and wife (amended to Sarah Allcock otherwise Sarah Alcock widow), James Cartledge and wife, Benjamin Hurd and wife, Jesse Gallimore, Susannah Whalley, Thomas Wardle and wife and Matthew Stott (amended to Samuel Stott added as defendants. Richard Riley and James Preston removed as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 18 Dec 1825: Shaw Wattey and wife, Moses Wattey and wife and Jane Mullock added as defendants. John Gallimore (junior) and Susannah Whalley removed as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 17 Jan 1826: John Hormand otherwise John Norman and wife added as defendants.
