Defendants: Robert Collier, Edward Earley, Joseph Francis, John Francis, William Long (junior), William Brook Lardner and wife, Jason Shephard Lardner, John Lardner, Mary Ann Lardner, Ann Elizabeth Lea, Ambrose Bradbury, Mary Bradbury and Elizabeth Lea.
Amended by an order dated 4 May 1825: Hannah Long and Ellen Gyllenship added as defendants.
