Defendants: Thomas Gregory, James Richardson (junior), Bartholomew Thomas Wilkinson, John Tweedy, Thomas Wood Wilson, Joseph Bilton Wilson, Elizabeth Ayer otherwise Elizabeth Eyre, Francis Carr and wife, John Nutt and wife, Mary Nutt, Francis Carr (junior), John Carr, William Carr, Elizabeth Carr, Anne Carr, Thomas Carr, Elizabeth Reynolds and Ann Reynolds.

Amended by an order dated 26 March 1839: Harriet Nutt and John Nutt (junior) added as defendants.
