Attorney General at the relation of Farmer v Smith. Answer.

Plaintiffs:Attorney General at the relation of John Farmer and another.

Defendants: Sir Wiloughby Wolston Dixie, Charles Featherstone, Thomas Pares, Thomas Wright, William Arnold, James Messenger, Frederick William Wollerton, Richard Smith, Edward Whitby, Daniel Baker and John Baker.

Amended by an order dated 1 Nov 1825: Governors of Bosworth Grammar School added as defendants. William Arnold, James Messenger, Frederick William Wollerton, Richard Smith, Edward Whitby, Daniel Baker and John Baker removed as defendants.
