Defendants: Mary Mackell Campbell, John Douglas Campbell, William Brownley, John Brownley, James Josiah Millard and Henry Walter and wife (abroad).
Amended by an order dated 26 Jul 1838: Joseph Vernon, Robert Carr Foster and Barker William Barker added as defendants. William Brownley and John Brownley removed as defendants.
