Plaintiffs: Mary Bagster otherwise Mary Baxter.
Defendants: Edward Abbott, Alexander Howie Baxter, Elizabeth Hayward, Henry Hayward, Mary Hayward, Ann Hayward and William Hayward otherwise William Henry Hayward.
Amended by an order dated 08 Jan 1838: Hugh Somerville Burniston and wife added as defendants.
One answer and an examination also apply to W1838 H18.
Revived Trinity 1838 plaintiff's name Halse and Order to Revive at C14/792 or 1848 B150 plaintiff's name Halse.
