Description

[W1833 B12]. Biedermann v Seymour. Three bills and answer. Plaintiffs: George Augustus Biedermann and another. Defendants: Louisa Ann Seymour. Amended by an order dated 12 May 1835: Abel Coleman and wife, Benjamin Wood and wife (Helen Wood), John William Seymour, Louisa Ann Wells, Mary Ann Seymour, James Alexander and wife, Caroline Jane Seymour and Harriet Matilda Seymour added as defendants. Amended by an order dated 19 Jan 1837: Henry Augustus Biedermann, Caroline Biedermann, William Henry Biedermann, Bertha Biedermann and Emily Biederman added as defendants. Louisa Ann Wells and Henry Seymour removed as defendants. Amended by an order dated 01 Jul 1839: William Charles Wells and wife (Formerly Louisa Ann Wells), Francis James Kensett and wife and Esther Roberts added as defendants. Caroline Biedermann removed as a defendant. One answer not identified. Revived Trinity 1836. Chancery Master: Cross. JMP
