Plaintiffs: James Paine.

Defendants: William Fauldor otherwise William Falldor (senior), John Odell, William Fauldor otherwise William Falldor (junior), John Fauldor otherwise John Falldor and Mary Fauldor otherwise Mary Falldor.

Amended by an order dated 6 Nov 1820: Eleanor Odell, Edward Odell, Catherine Kitchener, John Kitchener, William Kitchener and Elizabeth Kitchener.

Revived Hilary 1829, Revived Michaelmas 1831 and Revived Michaelmas 1833.
