Defendants: William Jones, Margaret Pugh, David Evans, the treasurer of Middlesex Hospital, the Treasurer of St Georges Hospital, the Treasurer of Margate Infirmary and the Treasurer of St Marylebone Charity School.
Amended by order dated 24 Nov 1819: John Morris, William Fowler Jones, John Chamier, Henry Harnage, Michael Gibbs and Joseph Spicer added as defendants. The treasurer of Middlesex Hospital, the Treasurer of St Georges Hospital, the Treasurer of Margate Infirmary and the Treasurer of St Marylebone Charity School removed as defendants.
