Defendants: John Rawlinson otherwise John Rowlinson, William Sharpe, Warwick Weston, John Hopwood, Thomas Puxty and wife, Sarah Martin, James Cooper and wife, Thomas Cooper otherwise Thomas Martin Cooper, Sarah Cooper otherwise Sarah Watts Cooper, Elizabeth Cooper otherwise William Martin Cooper, Jane Cooper otherwise Jane Martin Cooper, Mary Ann Cooper, and Jonas Cooper.

Amended by an order dated 16 Oct 1818; John Valentine and Richard Thompson added as defendants.
