Masters v Allan. Eight answers.

The bills and answers of these two cases are intermingled. Four answers apply to both cases.

W1817 M34.

Plaintiffs: Alexander John Robert Masters and another.

Defendants: George Masters and wife, Grant Allan, Thomas Prince, Charles Taylor and John Lester.

Amended by an order dated 16 Jan 1819; James (Harris) Earl of Malmesbury, Sir George Ivison Tapps, Charles Bowle, William Castleman, William Fryer, George Young, Lascelles Iremonger, Thomas Skurray, Stephen Skurray, Frances Skurray, William Wyndham and Thomas Wyndham added as defendants.

Revived and Supplementary Bill Michaelmas 1819 and Supplementary Bill Easter 1826.

Plaintiffs: George Edward Francis Masters and another.

Defendants: James (Harris) Earl of Malmesbury, George Masters and wife, Grant Allen, Thomas Prince, Christopher Taylor, Sir George Ivison Tapps, Charles Bowle, William Castleman, William Pryer, George Young, Lascelles Iremonger, Thomas Skurray, Stephen Skurray, Francis Skurray, William Wyndham and Thomas Wyndham.
