Defendants: Sarah Young, John Hughes and wife, Thomas Gill and wife and William Wingfield.
Amended by order dated 05 Feb 1817: Thomas Shaw and wife and William Hughes added as defendants. Sarah Young and John Hughes and wife removed as defendants.
Amended by order dated 19 Jun 1819: Sarah Hughes, Elizabeth Tonna and Elizabeth Gill added as defendants.
