Defendants: John Winder, John Ripley, Jane Armistead, Margaret Preston, Alice Blakey, Jane Bibby, Arthur Armistead Bibby, Giles Cort, Jane Howson, Hannah Harrison, George Armistead, James Armisted and the Attorney General.
Amended by an order dated 23 Apr 1839: Arthur Armistead Bibby removed as a defendant.
Supplementary Bill Michaelmas 1839.
