Defendants: Hugh (Percy) Duke of Northumberland, John Crew Boulcott, John Ellerker Boulcott, Thomas Swailes, William Henry Pepworth Walsh, Mary Ann Brown (amended to Robert Telling and Mary Ann his wife), Joseph Boulcott, Benjamin Belchambers, Jane Crew, George Almon Hill, Frances Fox, John Petty Gillespie, James Haydon, William MacInverhoney otherwise William MacInerheny, Frederick Lock, Daniel Wylam, Mildred Wylam, Edward Wylam, Sarah Power otherwise Sarah Paver, Mary Georgina Rodway otherwise Mary Georgina Griffiths, Ann Eliza Robinson, George Liney Robinson, Henley Smith, Martha Sherborne, Richard Symes, James Tattersall, Mary Tattersall, James Turner Richard Gregory, John Ward and John Broadley Wilson.

Amended by an order dated 21 Jan 1837: Esther Haynes, George Wylam, Ralph Wylam and John Ward (abroad) added as defendants. Joseph Boulcott, Frances Fox, James Haydon, John Turner, Richard Gregory, John Ward and John Broadley Wilson removed as defendants.
