Defendants: James Livesey, Edmund Grundy, John Livesey, Thomas Grundy, Samuel Clegg and wife, John Clegg, William Clegg, Henry Clegg, Samuel Clegg, Mary Ann Clegg, Joseph Hall and wife, Joseph Wrigley,, Thomas Holt and wife, James Stock, Elizabeth Ann Stock, Ann Stock and Mary Wild Wrigley.

Amended by an order dated 07 May 1838: John Shandring and Henry Davenport added as defendants.

Revived Hilary 1842.
