Defendants: Charles Worthington and wife, Henry Cole, Robert Cole, Martin Cole, John James Cole, Edward Cole, David Laing and wife, Maria Cole, Mary Ann Cole, Thomas Horne Winn otherwise Thomas Horner Winn and wife, Robert Menzies otherwise Robert Bunn Menzies, John Menzies, Elizabeth Charlotte Laing, Emily Augusta Laing, Victor Krumpholtz otherwise Pierre Joseph Victor Krumpholtz and wife and Mary Ann Laing.

Amended by an order dated 22 Dec 1838: Charles Giles and wife added as defendants.

Amended by an order dated 04 Jul 1839: Thomas Horne Winn otherwise Thomas Horner Winn and wife, Robert Menzies otherwise Robert Bunn Menzies, John Menzies removed as defendants.
